All subscriptions automatically expire upon complete usage of funds. There are no prorated refunds. All subscriptions are paid in advance.

Note: All time is billed in nearest quarter-hour increments. You'll receive a PDF of your Account Balance weekly or monthly, depending on your activity.
Money Back Guarantee
Refunds are issued if CreatorSite does not deliver your new website within 5 business days of receiving your required WordPress Theme link for the StartUp or the Standard website package. A 20 business day guarantee applies to the Custom website package.
Other Fees
Recommended: Most customers who hire me for website consulting, subscribe to one of the Retainer Maintenance Subscriptions, which provide 50% savings or more over the hourly rate. This helps me plan my time better and gives my customers better value. For example, the fees listed below are based on the $150 per hour rate, which would be discounted proportionately relative to the Retainers mentioned above.
